Following her doctorate on directors’ liability in limited liability companies in England and Germany, training as a mediator and working for many years as a corporate law lawyer, Jill Baas-Holler now focuses on the ebl partners’ joint projects.

Her main areas of focus include establishing cross-border mandates, organising publications and events, strengthening and expanding the network of expertise and successfully implementing projects. She is the point of contact for clients and colleagues alike, supporting communication and connections between them and shaping the unified image of the entire ebl family.
