Frank Engelhard works primarily in commercial and corporate law as well as employment law. He represents clients ranging from medium-sized companies to European and global corporations in out-of-court negotiations on the drafting of agreements, such as purchase, sales and all commercially relevant agreements with suppliers and resellers or commercial end users, and in the event of disputes among shareholders and in court proceedings on the above.

In the field of employment law, Frank Engelhard represents almost exclusively employers in matters of individual and collective law, both in and out of court. Frank Engelhard has also lectured at the University of Wuppertal for several years, teaching employment and corporate law at the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Economic Development.
