Lara Burth specialises in employment law and advises and represents almost exclusively employers – ranging from medium-sized companies to groups operating across Europe and worldwide. She assists her clients with all matters relating to individual and collective employment law, both in and out of court.

Her key areas of expertise include drafting employment contracts, service contracts and termination agreements, as well as providing advice and representation in the termination of employment and service relationships, particularly in proceedings relating to protection against unfair dismissal. In addition, she delivers lectures and in-house seminars on employment law topics.

She also practises in the field of commercial and company law. Her focus here is on drafting articles of association, company statutes and shareholders’ agreements, as well as commercially relevant contracts with suppliers, resellers and commercial end-users. She also represents clients in both out-of-court and court disputes.
